Hourly Rates: Our hourly rate is $40.00 per Hour

Note: For some jobs where hourly tracking is difficult (Ex. creating manuals)or any job where you would like an estimate we would be pleased to provide one for you at no cost.

Retainer Plans

 PLAN E - 5 Hours with 5% Discount

(Equivalent $38.00 per Hour)

 PLAN A - 10 Hours with 10% Discount

(Equivalent to $36.00 per Hour)

 $360.00 per Month

 PLAN S - 25 Hours with 15% Discount

(Equivalent to $34.00 per Hour)

 $850.00 per Month

 PLAN Y - 40 Hours with 20% Discount

(Equivalent to $32.00 per Hour)

 Note: 

  • Hours that exceed your monthly plan hours will be billed at that plan's hourly rate.
  • Unused plan hours do not get carried forward into another month
  • In order to receive retainer plan discounts you must sign a minimum 3 month contract.  This can be paid in equal monthly installments.

 Referral Program:

  • When you refer someone to us and they use and pay for our services we will provide you with one hour of service on your next project.

Rush Jobs:

  • Rush is subject to a 25% premium above our usual rates.

Terms of Payment:

  • We accept cash, cheque or money order
  • NSF cheques are subject to a $40.00 service charge.
  • Overdue invoices are subject to 2% interest charges per month.
